The perfect fit would be:
A friendly, professional and experienced Finish Carpenter who takes pride in their work. Does very precise work. Hard working and willing to complete projects in a timely manner. Can follow detailed instructions. To ensure project is completed per clients specs. Always having quality in mind. Open minded. Willing to learn new ways of doing things if needed. But only if the new way produces a better finished product or produces an equivalent product in a more efficient manner.
A team player. We have been in business for 11 years and going strong. Our team takes a lot of pride in the reputation we have built and continues to build. We strive to exceed our clients expectations with quality, speedy completion times and great customer service. Looking for an individual who takes pride in their work and can quality control their own work. An individual who will take pride in continuing the level of quality our clients have come to expect. A individual who not say something is finished until there are no issues the client can point out or possibly complain about.
Subcontractor must be able to install interior and exterior doors precisely, crown, base, fabricate built-ins, stairs, fabricate and install anything if it’s made from wood. Or have the confidence to take on something they have never done before. We do high-end Finish Carpentry, Woodworking as well as Commercial Doors & Hardware.
We do a lot of Commercial Door & Hardware projects. Individual must be willing to also work on these projects and be willing to learn how to install commercial doors and hardware. Training will be provided for these types of projects if individual has no experience with Commercial Doors & Hardware.

We perform all of our work on site. Must have tools to setup on site. We do not have a shop.
Must have all tools required to fabricate and install custom cabinets, built-ins, trim, doors, stairs, etc. If you have not built cabinets or built-ins. Training may be provided if we feel you possess the necessary tools and skills to perform. If you have these tools. You also have everything you will need for Commercial Doors & Hardware Installations. All of our current subcontractors have been trained in commercial doors and hardware only possessing their current finish carpentry skills and tools.
Carpentry subcontractor must be fully equipped with a van or have truck and trailer. Subcontractors must have all required tools in their rig at all times. Must not bring tools on a per job basis. You never know when you might need a tool. So we ask that they are always in the rig ready to go.
We are looking for a subcontractor not an employee. So you must have all required and up to date paperwork (GL Insurance and Workman’s Comp Exemption OR Workman’s Comp Insurance). We are looking for a single carpenter or a crew of no more than two).
