You must be honest, willing to do the work, coachable, and hungry. You must put customers' needs before commission. High positive energy and being personable is crucial.
You must have reliable access to a computer (for Zoom meetings/trainings) and a reliable cell phone plan. You must have a good understanding of customer service and strong and consistent follow-up skills.
All coaching, training, and mentorship are included. Shadowing and mentorship by top reps is included
