As a Legal Forwarder, you’ll handle accounts within the department, ensuring proper management and maintaining efficiency throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Interaction:
- Engage with clients and attorneys daily via email and telephone, providing clear and concise information.
- Account Follow-Up:
- Regularly follow up with attorneys to ensure proper handling of accounts, resolving any outstanding issues promptly.
- Prioritization:
- Efficiently prioritize daily tasks, ensuring timely responses and effective case management.
- Document Expertise:
- Consistently read, interpret, and reconcile various legal documents, including invoices, contracts, legal agreements, and court filings.
