Key Objectives:
- Make 150-250 daily outbound calls to generate and close leads.
- Contribute to monthly revenue goals by closing sales and scheduling appointments.
- Promote Debt Collectors International's services and solutions.
- Manage prospects using the company CRM, reviewing leads regularly.
- Clearly convey our business model and value proposition.
- Ask qualifying questions to understand client needs.
- Document conversations concisely in the CRM.
- Gain confidence through role-play opportunities.
- Communicate our value proposition effectively.
Competencies:
- Discuss debt collection scenarios with business owners.
- Follow sales scripts for our services.
- Meet or exceed weekly sales quotas (25 new business accounts).
- Proficiently use CRM systems and take accurate client notes.
- Clearly explain our services and value to clients.
- Comfortable with consistent follow-up and creative outreach.
- Master sales skills specific to Debt Collectors International.

- Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: $85,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
- Benefits: Paid vacations, paid time off, paid training
- Experience Level: Minimum 3 years in sales
- Shift: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Supplemental Pay Types: Bonuses, commissions, performance bonuses
- Work Setting: In-person at our office in Maitland, FL 32751 (no remote options)
