Assistant to Property Manager.
Working hours Tuesday to Saturday 9am to 5pm
Our hotel has daily and weekly tenants as well as monthly guests.
Income $800/w () x 52 = $41,000 per year plus 10% of $10,000 income per month over 30,000/m of daily weekly hotel operation income plus
Processing Fees for Long Term tenants. 2/month = $24k per year for a 70,000 total income per year.
Must have Front Desk and hotel operations experience.
Marketing of hotel rooms, pricing of daily rates.
Manage housekeeping and maintenance staff.
Weekly pay starts as 600 and will increase by 100 per week with each month. Therefore, weekly pay with 3rd month 800 per week plus other income and bonus pay. Contract as independent contractor status.
