Key Responsibilities:
Regularly meet with agents to provide guidance, support and coaching
Lead recruiting efforts to expand our talented team
Develop and implement training programs
Set and achieve ambitious sales targets
Collaborate on training material development
Plan effectively for future sales success based on data analysis
Qualifications:
Proven leadership skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 1 year in a managerial role
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of real estate market trends and the sales process
