Established private construction company with an immediate opportunity for Office Staff/ Office Administrator. The position includes the opportunity to grow with us. Hours are M-F 9am-5pm and Saturdays 11am-3pm
We are looking for a team member who has both strong written and verbal communication skills, a positive attitude and the ability to learn new tasks in a fast-paced and detail-oriented environment. Excellent organizational skills, being proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office are a plus, along with the ability to multitask and manage projects. Must have at least an Associates Degree. Level of experience and ability will drive compensation level.
Some duties will include:
- Paper and Digital Filing
- Answering Phones and Emails
- Data Gathering and Entry
- Assist with Material orders and inventory
- Coordinating Project Timelines
- Creating and Sending Project Proposals
- Processing invoices
