Job Responsibilities:

Handle incoming calls and address customer inquiries.

Coordinate and schedule appointments for field repair technicians.

Call customers to confirm next-day appointments.

Collaborate with field repair technicians to manage schedules efficiently.

Post photos to Facebook and other social media platforms.

Perform various office duties as needed.

Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation and scheduling tasks.

Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Previous experience in a scheduling or customer service role is preferred.
