TIME: MONDAY – FRIDAY: 8:00AM - 4:00PM.

Work LOCATION: Orlando, FLORIDA

We are looking for a Office Assistant to type information into our database from paper documents. The ideal candidate will be computer savvy. You will report to the General Manager.

Responsibilities

Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems using keyboards.

Send email to customers and answer their questions

Answer the phone to schedule appointments

Type in data provided directly from customers

Update existing data

Sort, file and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost

Skills

1-2 Years of office experience

: knowledge of word processing with (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)

knowledge of Quickbooks

Working knowledge of office

Good communication skills both oral and written and customer service skills

Great attention to detail

Job Type: Full Time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

8 hour shift

Monday to Friday
