Hiring position available
We are interested in growing our team. We are looking for someone proactive, with excellent phone etiquette to screen potential drivers to join our company. Must be willing to handle a high volume of incoming calls. Applicants MUST have prior office experience, have English and Spanish fluency (written and spoken), and be detail-oriented and organized.
Must pass a background check and be authorized to work in the US.
Must have:
High level of English and speak Spanish
Basic computer skills
Valid drivers license
Knowledge of managing social media accounts
Have hiring or customer service experience (Preferred)
Responsibilities:
- In charge of hiring duties
- Screen potential drivers and complete onboarding process for drivers
- Manage a high volume of calls
- Update drivers on application status
- Maintain employee documents up to date
- Send out daily reports/emails
In-person position
Monday- Friday 8am-5pm 40 hours a week
1 hour lunch
