Leading Efficiency Design is currently seeking highly skilled Project Managers and Estimators with expertise in electrical, drywall, and commercial cleaning trades. As we expand our operations and establish foundational partnerships with key clients, we invite you to join us in this exciting growth phase. Our primary objective is to secure a diverse range of projects across various construction sectors, and we are offering a competitive commission structure tied to project success. Upon the successful award of a project, you will assume full responsibility for its execution, overseeing every phase from inception to completion. Employees will be given a 30-60 day window to demonstrate their ability to bring new business to Leading Efficiency Design. Following this evaluation period, commissions will be added to the base salary, contingent upon measurable progress and successful business development.
