We are a family owned butterfly company who has been in business for over 17 years. We are coming into our busy season and looking for a seasonal office person for this upcoming butterfly season. The months working will be from now until mid December.
This position is to help with the office. Applicants are required to do the following:
Must be able to multitask- Think critically while handling a full work load and focus on tasks that are priority.
Fast pace- Keep up with the work pace for lengthy periods of time, while paying attention to detail.
Must be organized- Use good time management to get tasks done by deadline.
Computer skills- Experience with Apple/Mac programs. Fast at typing.
Customer service- Must be able to communicate with customers and wholesalers via email/phone.
Filling orders- Take and complete high volume orders via email while paying attention to detail.
Crafty - Working hands on with hot glue gun and other craft materials. Able to fold simple origami envelopes.
Tidy- make sure workspaces are cleaned after each task.
This position starts out paying $18 an hour. I am looking for a full time worker of 40 hours a week.
Monday - Friday 9am-5pm.
