We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to fill the role of Firm Administrator. The Firm Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and administrative functions of the office to ensure smooth and efficient workflow. This role requires excellent leadership skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the law firm's office, including facilities management, supplies procurement, and vendor relationships.

- Ensure that office policies and procedures are implemented and followed by all staff members.

- Manage the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding process for new staff members.

- Administer employee benefits programs and handle payroll processing.

- Facilitate training and professional development opportunities for staff.

- Prepare and manage the firm's budget, including monitoring expenses and financial reporting.

- Coordinate billing and invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

- Oversee accounts receivable and payable functions.

- Implement and maintain technology systems to support the firm's operations, including legal practice management software and communication tools.

- Provide technical support and training to staff members on the use of software and systems.

- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including data privacy laws and professional standards.

- Develop and implement policies and procedures to mitigate risks and ensure adherence to ethical guidelines.

- Collaborate with firm leadership to develop and implement strategic goals and initiatives.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancements.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

- Previous experience in a similar role within a law firm or professional services environment is highly desirable.

- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.

- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with legal practice management software is preferred.
