Construction Secretary
Full Time 40 hours per week Monday to Thursday 8:00 to 5:00pm, Friday 8:00 to 4:00pm
Job Overview
Secretary is our primary customer service point of contact with clients and potential clients as our record keeper, schedule and follow up.
Responsibilities
-Providing high quality customer service to clients through phone, office visit and email.
-Follow up with potential clients about setting up schedule for sales and installation.
-Keeping records of all required paperwork , File permits with municipalities (county and city) , HOA and contracts
-Send invoices and receive payments
Qualifications/Retirements
- Administrative or customer service experience is preferred
-Must be proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Docs and Quickbooks.
-Must speak English fluently, Spanish is very welcome
