Sr Project Manager (Roadway and Highway) $80,000 - $120,000/year

As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing various civil engineering projects. We are committed to staying up-to-date with the latest standards and practices, and we are looking for someone who shares our passion for innovation and excellence.Willing to offer relocation expenses and or sign on bonus for the right candidate!ResponsibilitiesDevelop the design and monitor the budget and schedule for assigned projects, managing them from initial scoping through construction support.Interpret, apply, and communicate the laws, regulations, policies, and guidance related to highway design.Assist in the development of plans for accomplishing business objectives and implementing quality initiatives.Work on projects involving critical engineering constraints, strong public interest, environmental or other constraints, and many specialty design items and/or critical time frames.Collaborate with Designers, contractors, and project managers to ensure project success.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.QualificationsProficiency in GIS (Geographic Information System) software for mapping and data analysis.Strong technical writing skills to effectively communicate complex engineering concepts.Experience with Revit for 3D modeling and design visualization.Familiarity with Mathcad for performing engineering calculations.Knowledge of land surveying techniques and equipment.Proficiency in MicroStation or other CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software for drafting and design work.Ability to develop system designs that meet project requirements and regulations.CompensationThe salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
