Position:
The candidate will be responsible for safe, efficient, timely and effective
warehouse organizing & small equipment repairs
Must be able & eager to safely operate company forklift & make small repairs to
a variety of tools & mechanical equipment including:
concrete scarifiers, jackhammers, saws, torches, vacuums, blowers, hand
tools, mixers & other machinery
Must comply with all Tufco & customer facility safety rules & procedures
Must follow instructions & effectively communicate & coordinate work
functions with the Team Leader & other Team Members
Anticipate, identify & prioritize duties & responsibilities
Contribute to the continuous improvement in Tufco work processes

Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license required
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Integrity, honesty, trustworthiness and self-discipline
Strong desire to continually seek opportunities to learn and master the process of
quick and timely repairs of equipment
Must be highly reliable and take great pride in individual workmanship
Preferred Experience:
Experience in small equipment repairs, welding, and operating a forklift
Ideal candidates will be flexible, proactive, eager to learn and seek continuous
improvement in the company, themselves, & others.
