Responsibilities:
Design and create beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions (birthdays, weddings, funerals, events, etc.)
Assist customers in selecting flowers and custom arrangements.
Maintain and care for flowers, plants, and supplies to ensure freshness and quality.
Manage daily orders, including walk-ins, phone, and online orders.
Keep the workspace and display areas neat, clean, and visually appealing.
Collaborate with the team for large event setups and special orders.
Requirements:
Prior experience as a florist or in floral arrangement is preferred but not required (we are willing to train the right person with a creative eye!).
Creativity and an eye for design — must be able to arrange flowers in appealing and beautiful ways.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, especially during holidays and busy seasons.
Reliable, punctual, and a positive team player.
