KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Be able to start early you will end early.
- Daily cleaning and maintenance of commercial pools and spas: skimming, vacuuming, cleaning baskets, brushing, balancing water levels and chemicals. (NO residential pools)
- Customer service; you will often interact with customers and are the face of the company.
- Perform regular equipment check-ups.
- Report back to the home office with daily updates.
We currently have two routes available. One in Kissimmee. One in Orlando Area.
Pool are only commercials.
The average service pool is 6 to 7.
Starts at 4 am and ends early.
Benefits/Perks for the Pool Technician:
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Commission starting $4,924.96 a month once assigned route; $14/hr. During training.
Based on experience.
- PAID TIME OFF for Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day (guaranteed OFF, as we are CLOSED on those days.
- Good physical health and able to lift items up to 50 pounds without restrictions
- Must be agreeable to a criminal background check.
- No experience is required
- Must have a reliable pickup truck or trailer to work - company car is not provided
(You don't have to carry chemicals into the truck daily. NO liquid chlorine.)
- Bonus and other perk will be paid for performance on the work.
