Key Responsibilities:
- Early riser? Perfect! Our day starts early, but that means it also ends early.
- Daily maintenance and cleaning of commercial pools and spas. This includes skimming, vacuuming, cleaning baskets, brushing, and balancing water levels and chemicals. (Please note, we do not service residential pools.)
- Customer service is key. You'll often interact with customers and represent the face of our company.
- Regular equipment check-ups are part of the job.
- Daily reporting back to the home office is required.
We currently have two routes available, one in Kissimmee and one in the Orlando Area. Please note, our pools are strictly commercial, with an average service pool count of 6 to 7.
Benefits/Perks for the Pool Technician:
- Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: Earn a commission starting at $4,924.96 a month once assigned a route; $14/hr during training. Pay is based on experience.
- Enjoy PAID TIME OFF for Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day (we are CLOSED on these days).
- Must be in good physical health and able to lift items up to 50 pounds without restrictions.
- A criminal background check is required.
- No experience? No problem! We provide all the training you need.
Please note: A reliable pickup truck or trailer is required for this role. A company car is not provided. However, you won't have to carry chemicals into the truck daily. NO liquid chlorine.
In addition to your pay, bonuses and other perks will be awarded based on your performance on the job.
