Technical Accounting Senior

Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Technical Accounting Senior in Orlando, Florida. This role primarily involves intercompany accounting and requires a proficient use of accounting software systems and enterprise resource planning. As a Technical Accounting Senior, you will be expected to use your skills to handle a variety of accounting functions and transactions, while maintaining a high level of communication and self-initiative.Responsibilities Utilize accounting software systems and ERP for managing accounting tasks. Handle intercompany accounting and transactions efficiently. Actively engage in auditing processes to ensure accuracy and compliance. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable operations. Utilize BlackLine and Concur systems for specific accounting tasks. Conduct billing functions accurately and in a timely manner. Use advanced Excel features for various accounting operations. Ensure clear and constant communication regarding accounting matters. Show self-initiative in addressing issues and asking relevant questions. Actively participate in the elimination of intercompany discrepancies. Requirements Candidate must possess at least 10 years of experience in a relevant field. Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems is a key requirement. Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is essential. Demonstrable skills in using BlackLine and Concur are necessary. Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is a must. Ability to perform various Accounting Functions is mandatory. Expertise in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) is required. Auditing skills are a significant part of the role. Capable of performing Billing Functions effectively. Must have experience with Intercompany Accounting. Proficiency in managing Intercompany transactions. Knowledge of Intercompany Eliminations is required.
