Positions will be based at global Army training site in Orlando, FL. This position is contingent upon contract award. Essential Job Responsibilities
Responsible for the development and implementation of efficient processes across various operations.
Establishes, evaluates, and refines processes via verification and validation of project progress, issues, and other pertinent information.
Engages in technical status meetings, providing expertise on process efficiency and contribute to actionable items based on root cause analysis and other methods.
Supports the creation and implementation of the QMP, including quality control methodologies, performance monitoring, and continual improvement strategies to uphold TO performance metrics.
Manages the team supporting the KM/IM and other development teams and leadership in maintaining current and accessible process documentation within the ISTS as well as process data and quality data.
Ensures government compliance and ease of information retrieval.
Minimum Qualifications
15 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field OR
13 years relevant experience with Masters in related field OR
10 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field OR
High School Diploma or equivalent and 19 years relevant experience
