Then it seems like you’d make a great addition to our vibrant international team.We are looking for the right person to lead our Global Business Services Direct Material Procurement service line within Procure to Pay.This position will be based in our Orlando, FL office with a flexible hybrid work model allowing you the autonomy that suits your lifestyle.We help our customers achieve increased performance and reduced costs with our scalable and efficient Procure to Pay services and solutions. Global Business Services Procure to Pay US supports Siemens divisions across US and Canada. We create value that can be measured: savings on spend, working capital, increased automation, reduced operating expenses, and improved compliance. This position leads a Direct Material procurement service line with operational support from our global delivery centers in India, Argentina and Mexico and includes all direct material Purchase Order processing activities including Tactical Procurement, Strategic Purchasing, Procurement data analytics, and Managing material requirement planning and the supplier relationships.Focusing on the customer, the person in this role will ensure operations and service performance are meeting customers’ expectations and help pursue service growth opportunities. This person will also focus on developing and managing process improvements and digital solution initiatives within this service line.You’ll make a difference by:Direct Material Procurement Service

Acting as Front Office lead for the Direct Material Procurement Service.

Continuously working with Customer Relationship Managers to expand this service to all customers, by using data analytics and performance data to show our value.

Supporting Customer Relationship Manager with customer meetings as Subject Matter Expert to present performance data on existing business.

Supporting back-office project manager with transition of business as uSubject Matter Expert

Monitoring the operations service performance with Key Performance Indicators and works with back-office to address any quality or resource issues swiftly.

Supporting business transition with regular meetings to track progress and handle inquiries/escalations as they occur.

Attending regular service center review meetings and providing coaching/support for process improvements

Supplier Readiness Services: Supplier Qualification Services, E-Auction Services, Contract Management Services

Provide coaching/support to back office to maintain and continuously improve the cycle time requirement as required by US lead country council.

Support global service line head with automation concepts.

Support businesses with monthly requests to ensure suppliers requiring qualification are reviewed and kicked off.

Responsible for User Satisfaction Index score for services delivered.

Provide business analytics to support transparency in business “Ready for Business” Key Performance Indicator

Support project to potentially integrate Supplier Qualification with Vendor Master Data setup to support Procurement Compendium requirements.

Support Customer Relationship Managers with white spot opportunities report to generate additional business.

Engineered Container Program Management

Monitors and Supports Mendix solution for the Engineered container business.

Leads Back Office Support to ensure process is maintained and running smoothly.

Manages and drives 3rd party supplier relationships to ensure no container supply issues.

Supports managers of the 3rd party warehouse for the container program

Manages 3rd party warehouse contract.

Manages operations of end-to-end container program: container fulfillment, warehouse management, customer business reviews, customer satisfaction and container packaging design

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:Basic Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Procurement, Procure to Pay, Supply Chain Management, or comparable business setting

Track record of driving process optimization and improvement initiatives

Management of end-to-end operations

Procurement Purchase Order process expertise

Strong SAP experience

Preferred Qualifications:

BS/BA in related discipline, advanced degree is not mandatory but is a plus.

Ability to listen, support, and motivate global team members.

Excellent communications and interpersonal skills

Ability and initiative to learn new tools quickly

Flexible leadership style depending on the situation and the individuals you are working with.

Project lead and/or business development

Capability to effectively manage deadlines/time, prioritization, in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent command / highly proficient in spoken and written English

Experience in process optimization and digital solution implementations

Applied know-how in data analytics and tools for process improvement and automation such as Power BI, Power Automate, Excel and some experience with AI
