Coordinating the labor process to ensure appropriate labor requirements and arrangements are made for all assigned events and established protocols are communicated and followed.This position will support our Audio Visual & Event Technology team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show-site 2-3 days per week. The ideal candidate will be based out of any of the following locations:

Dallas, TX

Austin, TX

Orlando, FL

Las Vegas, NV

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Coordinates, tracks and reports on show site labor and union labor activities for assigned events.

Assists with reviewing and assigning qualified staff, union labor, or vendor labor prior to events as requested assists in resolving scheduling conflicts.

Reviews pre-event labor schedules against the staff booked and the Sales budget. Provides a varience report to Sales and Operations prior to the event.

Communicates with Sales and Operations to clarify labor requirements and acts as liaison between Sales and Operations on labor specifications.

Ensures efficient utilization of show site labor in a cost-effective manner while adhering to union work rules and vendor agreements while ensuring propoer labor documentation requirements are communciated and maintained on show site.

Responsible for all timekeeping and new employee paperwork including Form I-9’s, payroll timesheets, etc. and all records are accurate and reconciled for hours worked / paid and submitted in a timely manner.

Reviews daily labor actuals against the budget and provides Sales and Operations with a varience report for assigned events on daily basis.

Assists with event labor budgeting as requested.

Acts as labor subject matter expert for assigned events, cities and/or regions.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience

High School diploma or equivalent required

2 years college or technical trade school and 2 years industry related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience (4 years) preferred
