Description We are offering a contract for a Controller position in Orlando, Florida. The selected candidate will be part of a dynamic environment, contributing to and overseeing various accounting functions. As a Controller, your primary role will be to ensure efficient and accurate accounting operations. Responsibilities: Utilize software systems like 3M, ADP - Financial Services, and CRM for various accounting tasks. Oversee accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions to ensure timely and accurate processing. Conduct regular auditing of financial transactions and records. Use Sage Accounting Software and Crystal Reports for financial reporting and analysis. Manage and improve budget processes within the organization. Ensure all accounting functions are performed in accordance with company standards and regulations. Monitor and resolve customer inquiries related to accounting issues. Oversee the processing of customer credit applications and maintain accurate customer credit records. Requirements Must have 10 or more years of experience in a Controller role or similar position Proficiency in 3M is required Extensive knowledge of Accounting Software Systems is necessary Experience with ADP - Financial Services is a must Familiarity with CRM is essential Must have experience with Crystal Reports A deep understanding of Accounting Functions is required Proficiency in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary Experience in Auditing is essential Must have knowledge of Budget Processes Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
