Description Orlando company is looking for a Controller. Responsibilities of the Controller will include, but not limited to the following. The Controller directly supervises the Accounting department. The position is responsible for the accounting operations of the company, to include the production of periodic financial reports, maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records and a comprehensive set of controls and budgets, and ensure that reported results comply with GAAP. The Controller has overall responsibility for supervising the entire accounting processes including revenue recognition and receivables, expenditures and payables, payroll, general ledger maintenance and financial reporting. Analyze and research unexpected account balances or transactions and take action consistent with available facts, constraints, and anticipated guidelines. Prepare monthly reporting for the Finance Committee and for internal management reviews of financial performance. Assist in the development of the annual budget by coordinating with operational leaders and providing necessary training and guidance. Oversee the coordination and the preparation of the annual audit and tax return preparation with external auditors and of regulatory audits. Develop and maintain partnerships with operational leaders and assist in guiding operational leaders to better understand and respond to their financial results.For immediate consideration regarding the Controller position, please send your resume to Andy Poquette, VP - Practice Director. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

5+ years of experience.
