Job DescriptionThe Communications Coordinator supports the planning, creation, and delivery of internal and external communications. You will manage content calendars, draft and edit copy across channels, coordinate campaigns and events, and ensure consistent brand voice and message alignment. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented communicator who can juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate across teams.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, edit, and proo content (press materials, newsletters, email campaigns, website copy, briefs, talking points).Maintain the communications calendar and coordinate timelines, reviews, and approvals.Support cross-functional campaigns with Marketing, Design, and Sales to ensure message consistency.Track performance metrics (open rates, engagement, web traffic) and compile weekly/monthly reports.Assist with internal communications, announcements, and leadership messages.Coordinate events, webinars, and speaking opportunities, including logistics and post-event follow-up.Maintain brand style guidelines and ensure adherence across materials.Support vendor coordination (writers, printers, translators) and manage basic purchasing requests.
