Benefits Specialist

Description We are in search of a Benefits Specialist to join our team in Orlando, Florida. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and administering employee benefits, conducting audits, and maintaining effective communication with employees. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity in the Financial Services industry.Responsibilities: Administer employee benefits and process related claims Utilize ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now for benefits administration Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance in benefits administration Use Ceridian for managing and processing COBRA administration Maintain accurate records of all benefit functions Handle inquiries related to benefits and provide timely responses Use Cisco Webex Meetings for virtual communication with employees and vendors Effectively manage CRM to track and resolve employee benefits inquiries Ensure effective communication with employees regarding their benefits Carry out other related duties as assigned Requirements Possess proficiency in ADP - Financial Services Experience with ADP Workforce Now is required Familiarity with Ceridian software Ability to use Cisco Webex Meetings effectively Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Prior experience in Auditing Deep understanding of Benefit Functions Demonstrable experience in Claim Administration Proficiency in Cobra Administration Excellent Communication skills are essential TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
