We handle Xactimate estimates, supplements, and payments, helping contractors maximize their revenue and streamline the claims process. As we expand, we're looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Claim Representative to join our remote team.
Position Overview:
The Remote Claim Representative will be responsible for managing all communication and engagement with insurance carriers regarding claims. This includes discussing Xactimate estimates prepared by our estimators, processing supplements, and ensuring payments are properly tracked and managed. You’ll be an essential link between our clients and the carriers, ensuring accurate and timely claim resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all communication with insurance carriers related to claims, estimates, supplements, and payments.
Ensure timely follow-up on open claims and accurate submission of required documents.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues related to claims processing.
Maintain detailed records of all carrier interactions and updates in the system.
Work closely with estimators to provide necessary information and updates to carriers.
Requirements:
Previous experience in claim management, insurance, or a related field is preferred.
Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Reliable computer setup with two screens and a headset for optimal efficiency.
Ability to work independently from home and manage time effectively.
