Your Role:
As a Licensed Insurance Agent with Alliance, you will:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to educate clients on tailored insurance solutions.
Build trust and long-term relationships with clients through excellent service.
Stay informed on policy options to confidently guide customers through the selection process.
Exceed performance goals while upholding Alliance’s commitment to integrity and excellence.
Qualifications:
Active insurance license (Life, Health, or Property & Casualty preferred).
Sales or customer service experience, ideally in a call center setting.
Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
Driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
