Job Description
Allstate Debt is currently seeking a dedicated and professional individual to join our team as Front Desk Customer Services. This position plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping others. Please note: This is not a remote job.
Duties and Responsibilities
Welcoming and greeting clients and visitors
Answering phone calls and inquiries in a timely manner
Assisting with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area
Providing administrative support to office staff as needed
Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively
Ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Attention to detail and accuracy
Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
High school diploma or equivalent
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
This is a FULL TIME position (NOT Remote No work from home)
Monday - Thursday 10:00am - 6:00pm (EST) Friday 10:00am - 4:00pm (EST)
