Responsibilities:
-Customer Service (Inbound / Outbound calling) - No Selling
-Welcome calls and customer service calls
-New Client Enrollment (Using CRM)
-Processing consulting fee credit card payments using a VT (Virtual Terminal)
-Getting Documents esigned
You Must Have:
-Excellent English communication skills
-Friendly and Professional;
-A Computer laptop or pc not cell phone
-Comfortable in all responsibilities above
-Reliability and Consistency
-Strong work ethics to get things done
-Organized
