Job Summary:
The Outreach Forklift Operator is responsible for safely operating a reach forklift to move, locate, stack, and count merchandise. This role plays a critical part in maintaining an organized, efficient, and safe warehouse environment while ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of inventory movement and storage.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate reach forklift to load, unload, move, and stack materials in warehouse and/or storage facilities.
Use RF scanners and/or inventory management systems to track product movement.
Transport goods to and from designated areas within the facility.
Inspect forklift before and after operation to ensure safe performance.
Follow all safety protocols and company procedures while operating equipment.
Assist with general warehouse duties such as picking, packing, and organizing when needed.
Maintain clean and organized work area.
Report any equipment malfunctions, inventory discrepancies, or safety hazards to supervisor.
Adhere to daily production and accuracy goals.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Valid forklift certification required (reach truck experience preferred).
1–2 years of experience operating a reach forklift in a warehouse setting.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Basic computer or scanner skills a plus.
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
Working Conditions:

May involve exposure to dust, noise, and moving equipment.
