Warehouse Associate - Prep for Paint
Full-time / Entry level / 4 AM - 12 PM (One weekend day)
Salary $16- $18 per hour based on experience
Immediate opening for a warehouse associate to fill the following position: General Warehouse Labor - Sanding and Prep for Paint department. Must be able to work the schedule above and have a minimum of six months of verifiable work experience. Previous Sanding/Prep work experience preferred with Automotive collision repair on composite fiberglass products.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Primary responsibility is to sand and repair primer(ed) and painted fiberglass planters.
Receives materials (including loading and unloading containers), records quantities, and sorts materials as necessary.
Guarantees the integrity of the materials during storage, transportation, and handling.
Fills requests for materials for production and distribution.
Contributes to keeping the warehouse clean and organized, and ensuring the integrity of the facility, racks, tools, machinery, and other company assets in the workplace.
Tracks and report inventory levels.
Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements to qualify:
Ability to work quickly on your feet in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Ability to do work in a warehouse setting, standing/moving around most of your day.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
Positive attitude and excitement to be a team player.
Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
Bi-lingual a plus.
Reliable transportation and current Driver’s License.
Knowledge of basic warehouse safety procedures.
Forklift certified a plus.
