G&T Engine Parts, located in Margate, Florida is a web-based distributor of heavy equipment parts and manufacturer of hydraulic hose assemblies. We are looking for an experienced warehouse associate to grow with us but may train the right person to grow into the position. The ideal candidate has experience picking and packing, can operate a forklift and has a good driving record. Spanish language skills are a plus.
This job requires both brains and brawn. A good memory, attention to detail and being able to communicate by email are some of the required mental skills. Strength to lift up to 70 LBS occasionally during the week is necessary. We need someone who is alert, strong and makes good decisions.
Starting pay begins at $18 per hour. The ideal candidate should earn at least $19 to $22 per hour after a few successful months. Increases in long term pay is based on work ethic, productivity and teamwork. Working hours: 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday which includes a 30-minute paid lunch break.
Resume with work history and references are required. Must own and maintain a vehicle to get to and from work.
