Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Electrical Supervisor / Superintendent to oversee and manage the electrical scope of a long-term construction project in Miami-Dade. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising field crews, coordinating daily tasks, ensuring safety and code compliance, and maintaining clear communication with project managers and stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email is essential.

Responsibilities:

Supervise electrical crews on-site and ensure work is completed safely, on time, and according to project specifications.

Interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings to guide installations and resolve technical issues.

Coordinate with general contractors, project managers, inspectors, and subcontractors.

Plan daily and weekly work schedules; allocate labor and resources efficiently.

Perform inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with electrical codes and safety standards.

Maintain accurate project records, reports, and documentation using Microsoft Excel and Word.

Communicate regularly via email with project stakeholders, vendors, and team members.

Assist in material ordering and inventory control.

Address issues quickly to avoid project delays.

Requirements:

Minimum 5+ years of experience as an Electrical Supervisor, Foreman, or Superintendent.

Strong working knowledge of NEC, local building codes, and electrical systems.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and professional email communication.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
