What I’m Offering:
W2 position – 100% uncapped commission
$2,000/month draw for your first 3 months
Gas paid for, plus part-time use of a company vehicle
Appointments set for you
4 to 6 hours/week of your own business development expected
Laptop, tablet, tools, and apparel provided
1 week of paid training riding along with me, the owner
What You Can Expect:
If you put in the work, $60k–$80k commission is realistic your first year. This is a sales role for someone who likes talking to people, doesn’t make excuses, and wants the reward that comes with results.
