Our busy, established online marine business needs help! We ship hundreds of parts a day and need someone organized and detail oriented to help with orders including answering customer questions via email and phone, picking orders, organizing, and more. Lots to learn and plenty of room to grow here. Looking for a stable person who would like a long-term position.
Ideal candidate would be able to:
Notice small details and catch errors
Solve problems
Accurately direct customer inquires
Be able to multi-task
Have a good phone presence/ability to communicate
Notice what needs to be done and take the initiative to do it!
Skills/Qualifications required:
Efficient & Organized
Computer saavy
Customer service skills (friendly, good listener)
Detail oriented (if your resume hasn't been spell checked and proofread you will not be considered)
Likes to be busy (energetic)
Self-motivated (doesn't need a lot of supervision)
Reliable/Dependable
Pass a background check, drug-free and legal to work in the United States
Bonus points for:
Knowledge of boating & boat part terms
Knowledge of social media marketing & e-campaigns
Hours: Monday-Thursday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Fridays until 4:00 pm
