Summary of Job Responsibilities:
- Approve all retail invoices for payment.
- Receive, record, and bank cash, checks, and vouchers.
- Perform financial calculations, such as amounts due, interest charges, balances, discounts, equity, and principal.
- Assist in the review and analysis of construction contracts to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
- Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to project stakeholders, including project managers, senior management, and clients
- Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to prepare and submit accurate and timely invoices.
- Identify areas for process improvement and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Match order forms with invoices and record the necessary information.
- Monitor project cash flow, including cash projections, receipts, disbursements, and funding requirements.
- Prepare and process payroll information.
- Implement and maintain effective financial controls to safeguard project assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Work closely with project managers, estimators, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather financial data, provide financial insights, and support decision-making processes.
