We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Clerk/Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support office operations and perform various administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Data Entry and Bill payment
- Process Payroll weekly
- Manage front desk duties including answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling inquiries
- Proficient in Google Suite applications for scheduling, emails, and document management
- Provide general office support such as filing and copying.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
- Typing documents and correspondence
Skills:
- MUST speak English AND Spanish fluently
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently.
- Previous experience in an office setting is preferred
