We are a banking and office products company looking for an Administrative Assistant in the Doral area.
This position requires computer skills and must be able to multi-task as he/she will assist in office task, reservations, purchase tickets, filling, attend phone calls, enter bills, manage price list, social media and additional tasks as assign.
Must be well organized, well spoken, motivated and have a working knowledge of the following programs: basic Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and QuickBooks. Marketing experience a plus.
Must be on time and dependable.
Must be Bilingual (English-Spanish).
Previous experience in office management assistant.
This is a full time position, Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
