Internet Fulfillment/Distribution Company & Exporters seeking an administrative assistant/secretary to support daily operations. E-commerce experience is required, as well as strong organizational and clerical skills.
Primary responsibilities and required skills include:
Manage spreadsheets, create/complete data and product price sheets.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
Engage in vendor management as well as supervise all customer accounts.
Manage projects and ensure they are completed accurately and timely.
Perform additional administrative tasks such as managing phones, filing, memos, letters, etc.
Must be extremely detail oriented, organized, self-motivated and able to demonstrate initiative.
Must be professional, mature and reliable with excellent communication skills.
Maintain excellent telephone etiquette.
Bi-lingual English and Spanish (verbal and written) is mandatory.
