Office assistance wanted for commercial property management office. Duties include acting as first point of contact, answering phones, gathering Tenant information, message taking, fielding and directing calls.
Other duties include document creation, file maintenance, Tenant contacts, and other office tasks as required. Computer experience is required, mainly for data entry. Familiarity with MS Office 365 and QuickBooks is a plus. Knowledge of social media platforms and how to use is important.
English speaking is required, but bilingual is very welcomed.
Hours are Monday - Friday, 9:00AM - 5:00PM. This is a permanent position, starting ASAP. Dependability is vital.
Position is hourly based and "Independant Contractor 1099" Salary is $17.00 to $20.00 an hour depending on experience
Person will be a first point of contact for our Tenants, so patience, friendly and helpful attitude is important.
