Workers' Compensation law firm serving claimants in Florida and New York currently seeking a REMOTE phone operator / legal assistant to handle calls and other administrative and legal support tasks as needed. Ideally, this is a FULL-TIME remote position.
The successful candidate must be/have:
- FULLY BILINGUAL - ENGLISH/SPANISH (spoken and written) - REQUIRED.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Available to start work at 9:00 am EST.
- Good phone etiquette.
- Ability to follow up and complete tasks as assigned.
