Part Time Personal Assistant Needed – Hollywood, FL
We’re looking for a reliable, friendly, and organized personal assistant to support my dad in Hollywood, Florida.
Responsibilities include:
Using Quickbooks and wiring money between banks
Scheduling and confirming doctor’s appointments
Managing and organizing bills
Running occasional errands (e.g., post office, groceries, pharmacy)
Bonus if you enjoy cooking and can prepare simple, healthy meals!
Bonus if you can also do some cleaning/tidying!
Must be proficient with Quickbooks, enjoy working with older adults, be sociable and caring, and have strong organizational skills.
Position Details:
Part-time: 20–25 hours per week
Pay: $20–$25 per hour, based on experience
