Job Responsibilities:
You will be assigned a designated route to monitor parking lots for compliance with parking regulations. This includes issuing parking notices for any violations that occur. Reliability, hard work, and a strong drive to exceed expectations are essential.
Employment Details:
All employees are hired as independent contractors (1099). Payment is commission-based, depending on your work ethic and production, with compensation for each parking charge issued. Training will be paid hourly.
Ideal Candidates:
This position is excellent for retirees seeking to supplement their income or individuals looking for extra earnings. Part-time positions are available in the mornings and/or evenings, averaging 25-40 hours per week.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must have and maintain a dependable vehicle
- Valid state-issued driver’s license with a good driving history
- Auto liability insurance
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent interpersonal skills for courteous and tactful interactions
- Sound judgment in dealing with customers and the public
- Ability to walk for extended periods
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
Job Type: Part-time/Full-time
Pay: Flat rate per issued notice
Schedule:
Evening shifts from 7 PM to 3 AM and weekend availability are needed.
