A Field Manager oversees lawn mowing, clean-ups, mulching, tree trimming, fertilization, weed control, flower installation, leaf clean-ups, and similar tasks.
Position Requirements:
Spanish speaking is a must
Drive company vehicles as directed
Operate various types of equipment and machinery associated with this job description
A valid driver’s license and a good driving record are necessary.
Managerial experience.
Able to operate a smartphone, send and receive emails, take digital photos

Salary: $50,000 salary
Schedule:
7am to 4pm with 1 hour lunch (8 hour shift)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Handles all service calls in a timely and efficient manner
Oversees pruning schedules on all properties
Daily follow up/quality check on all maintenance services
Supervise crews when on property
Flexibility and willingness to adapt in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
Ability to work with diversity in a constructive way.
Be able to recognize deficiencies in lawn maintenance and provide a written report and submit to office.
Able to assign tasks to crew members (if applicable) and follow up to make sure that work was completed properly
Ensures that all crew members (if applicable) report to work on time and follow all company rules and procedures.
Takes appropriate disciplinary actions as necessary and involves Project Manager, when necessary, Crew Training
Ensures crew members are trained on company safety policies
Trains crew members (if applicable) to do job effectively and efficiently
Always maintains and promotes safe working conditions in the field
Follows company procedures on discipline if any safety rules are broken
Maintains clean, neat, and professional image of service vehicle & trailer
Ensure crew members maintain professional image using approved uniforms
Is accountable for neglect and abuse of assigned equipment
Can organize and implement work schedule
