We are seeking an experienced Janitorial Maintenance Manager.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
Oversee daily cleaning operations, ensuring all areas of the mall are maintained to high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Develop and implement janitorial schedules and routines to optimize manpower and ensure consistent service delivery.
Train new janitorial staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and the use of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
Perform regular inspections of the premises to identify areas needing attention and to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to avoid shortages and ensure the availability of tools needed for all cleaning tasks.
Handle customer and client complaints related to cleanliness and janitorial services, providing timely and effective solutions to maintain satisfaction.
Reviews payroll to ensure timely and accurate processing.
Open retail experience a must

Qualifications:
Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older

Preferably 1-year minimum mall/retail experience
