We’re a small cleaning crew in Miami looking for dependable, detail-oriented cleaners to help with Airbnb turnovers. This is a flexible, part-time opportunity with CASH pay—perfect if you're looking to pick up extra income and grow with a local team.
Job Details:
Clean Airbnb properties between 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM (on assigned days)
Follow a detailed room-by-room checklist
Take before & after photos of every job
Report issues or damages to team lead via WhatsApp
Pay Structure:
Start at $15/hr cash
Get a $1/hr raise each month
(Month 2: $16/hr → Month 3: $17/hr → Month 4+: $18/hr max)
Weekly bonuses for excellent performance (on-time, complaint-free, photo proof)
Requirements:
Hotel cleaning background is preferred
Speak & understand English
Able to lift/move linens and cleaning supplies
Reliable transportation to different job sites
Punctual, responsible, and professional
Comfortable with flexible, on-call scheduling
