Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Treatment Coordinator to join our team. As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental office. Your primary responsibility will be to assist patients in understanding their treatment options and coordinating their dental care.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, coordinating with the dental team
- Educate patients on treatment plans, explaining procedures, costs, and insurance coverage
- Assist patients in understanding their insurance benefits and financing options
- Collect and process patient payments, including co-pays and deductibles
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
- Coordinate referrals to specialists as needed
- Collaborate with the dental team to provide exceptional patient service
Experience:
- Previous experience working in the dental setting is required (minimum 3 years)
- Proficiency in using office software and phone systems
- Familiarity with dental practice management software (Dentrix)
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a must
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Monday to Thursday, 8-5
Friday, 8-3
2 Saturdays per Month, 8-1
