Position: Patient Coordinator
Full-time Position (will consider part-time)
Schedule: Tuesday 8am-5pm; Wednesday 8am-5pm; Thursday 8am-1pm, Friday 8am-5pm, Saturday 8am-1pm (Sundays and Mondays OFF)
Compensation: Starting hourly rate of $15.00 to be paid every 15 days on the 10th
and 25th of the month via direct deposit
Benefits: dental benefits, 2-weeks paid vacation after 3-month trial period
Role Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Task 1: Coordination of services via telephone, text, email
Task 2: Software (i.e. Curve Dental, Weave) training and management
Task 3: Check-In & Check-Out protocols
Task 4: Uploading clinical documents (i.e. medical/dental forms, insurance
correspondence, referral letters) and organizing imaging templates
